Meetings & Events

Each month, we hold either a Member Meeting, Inbound Journey Activities, or Small Member Gatherings.

* We hold Member Meetings on the 2nd Saturday of odd number months. After most meetings, we go to a local restaurant for great conversations with members and visitors and to enjoy great food.

For these meetings, we email an invitation flyer to all members. If we are broadcasting on Zoom, there is a link that you can click to join our meeting. Visitors & Guests – Contact Edward Perez to be invited to join Zoom meetings.

Unless otherwise stated below, our bi-monthly Member Meetings are held at
2 PM at the Forest Green Branch Library – 9619 Greenville Ave, Dallas TX 75243.

These Member Meetings are not sponsored by the Dallas Public Library.

* During an Inbound Journey, we plan activities for the incoming ambassadors. We hold welcome & farewell dinners, visit local sites, and have plenty of free time for the home host to visit with their ambassadors. For these events, we email an activity sign up form to all members. Join us as we Welcome our new Friends to our area!

* During months when we do not have an event planned, we hold Small Member Gatherings – either a 3rd Thursday Lunch at a local restaurant or a Lunch or Dinner at members’ homes. These are smaller and more informal gatherings and a great way to meet & learn about other members. For these events, we email an announcement (with date, time, location) to all members.
